Responsibilities

Primary Responsibility: 

The Program Manager, Facility Maintenance Systems (FMSM) is a member of the Global Maintenance Support Team, and is accountable to develop and integrate solutions for our One Company strategic maintenance & energy Americold Operating System. The main goal for this role is to deliver World-Class maintenance systems execution across the Americold portfolio. FMSM will be responsible for global support for all maintenance systems. The FMSM functions acts as the subject matter expert in SAP, Telematics, and Maintenance Systems Training programs. The FMSM performs data collection, data analysis, program audits, and supports implementation of improvement plans.

The FMSM is the Maintenance leader accountable for global execution of SAP PM deployments (North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America). The FMSM will coordinate all Merger and Acquisition integration for Maintenance & Energy and monitors assets globally to ensure Americold Operating System (AOS) is delivering OEE and Financial objectives operational through effective planning, execution, resource management and delivery of Maintenance Excellence.

Essential Functions:

• System owner for SAP PM, Telematics, Maintenance Training & Development, Maintenance Intern program, and oversight for all maintenance systems performance.
• Maintain a high level of confidence from end users and management in SAP PM data.
• Responsible for delivering the systems to capture, track, and analyze KAIs, KPIs, and KBIs for Maintenance Excellence pillar.
• Establish test plans and lead facility integration and end user acceptance test efforts for SAP PM and other maintenance systems.
• Lead data mapping and conversion activities for integration in to SAP PM and upgrades.
• Manage data tables for SAP PM workflows and email notifications associated with facility critical data entry (i.e., Warehouse temperature alerts; Region work assignments).
• Work closely with Americold IT team, SAP corporate team, and 3rd party SAP PM consultants to implement software continuous improvements.
• Develop organizational level AOS Maintenance Excellence ‘One Pager” dashboards.
• Independently provide training and development along with functional leadership, standard work, and cadences for Facility Service Coordinator (FSC) and District Reliability Engineers (DRE) network.
• Lead the telematics program post installation, manage the data proliferation, provide technical support on telematics system, including portal, KPI reporting, management routines, and cadences for reviews.
• Perform data extractions and analysis through SAP PM for asset life-cycle analysis.
• Develop comprehensive Maintenance Technical and Leadership training programs that directly improve maintenance as a % of RAV, OEE, MTTR, MTBF, and SAP PM maintenance utilization rates.
• Negotiate and execute training agreements with vendors and/or technical training providers.
• Complete annual reviews and routine updates as necessary to ensure the training assessments are current and align with Americold’s technical roles.
• Lead efforts to integrate on-line technical training into Americold University.
• Leads North Americas Maintenance and Energy Intern program.
• Develop and lead the Best Practice Sharing program for Maintenance Excellence.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree, in Engineering, Business, or other related field +5 years of experience in leading program management (PMO).
• Experience working within CMMS and Project Management systems, and SAP PM expertise required
• Candidates with certifications in PMP, CMRP, and CRL preferred

Knowledge & Employment Standards:
• \The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills required, Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred, or ability to obtain post hire
• Ability to excel in team working environment
• Strong customer orientation and servant leadership
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with all management levels within the Americold organization, both up and down as well as with external contacts.
• Advanced computer skills required, primarily with Microsoft Office, SAP PM, Sharepoint, MS Teams, and Project software.
• Must be able to travel approximately 30% of the time


Physical Requirements & Abilities:

• Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions.
• Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending.
• Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work.

• May require travel by automobile and airplane up for business.
• May require visits to facility operations in temperatures at or below freezing.
• May carry loads related to travel and occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Requires the use of various electronic tools.
• Requires the ability to relate to others beyond giving and receiving instructions: must partner with colleagues without exhibiting behavioral extremes.
• Requires the performance of work activities including reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to constructive feedback from executive management.
